SOVEREIGN GOD.  God is our Creator and the highest Deity, eternally existing as a Trinity in unison of Father, Son, Holy Spirit – three Persons, yet one God.  (Duet.6:4, Matt.28:19, I Cor. 8:6) God posses all power, all knowledge, and is present everywhere in the known universe and beyond.

SCRIPTURES.  I believe the verbal, plenary, divine inspiration and divine preservation of the 1611 King James Holy Bible (1769 ed) to be perfect and without error.  Both Old and New Testaments are divinely preserved Words of original inspiration. I accept the Hebrew Masoretic and Greek Textus Receptus manuscript lineage from which came exclusively our 1611 King James Holy Bible.  Holy inspired Scripture is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice. (Matt.4:4, II Tim.3:16, Psalm 12:6-7, I Pet, 1:24-25, Isa. 40:8)

SON.  Jesus Christ, eternally existing, is the only begotten Son of God, Who became a human man totally apart from sin, being conceived by the Holy Spirit and born to a virgin, Mary, and is true God and true man, God the Son.  (Luke 1:30-35, John 1:1-15, Phil. 2:5-8, Col. 1:15)

SPIRIT.  I affirm that the Holy Spirit is the third Person of the Trinity. He is the agent of conviction, regeneration, indwelling, personal guidance, sanctification, illumination, and comfort to all who are born-again into the family of God. (Rom. 8:9-11,16)

(OUR) START.  I believe the universe was created in six literal days (Gen. 1). The Earth is approximately 6,000 years young, according to the genealogical timeline within the Holy Bible set forth in Genesis 5 & 11, Matthew 1, and Luke 3.

SIN.  Man and woman were created perfect in the image of God but fell through sin, bringing not only physical death but also spiritual death – separation from God.  Now all mankind is totally depraved inborn with a sinful nature; is bent toward unrighteousness; and is naturally sinful in thought, word, and deed.  (Gen. 1:26-27; 2:16-17; 3:16-19, Rom.3:10-23, 6:23)

SACRIFICE.  The Lord Jesus Christ died on a Roman Cross in 33AD as a substitutionary sacrifice for the sins of the entire human race – past, present, future.  Christ Jesus bodily arose from the dead 3 days after His physical death. He ascended thereafter into Heaven in a glorified body where he is presently seated at the right hand of God the Father as Head of the church, making intercession for the saints as our High Priest.  (Luke 24, Acts 1:9-11, Rom.5:8-10, I Pet.3:18)

SALVATION.  Mankind is lost in sin and must be born again to enter God's Heaven after death.  Salvation is exclusively through personal faith in the finished work of Christ Jesus on the cross. The gift of eternal life in Heaven is received in asking Jesus Christ to be your personal Savior (John 1:12, Eph. 2:8,9), plus nothing, minus nothing. Salvation is a supernatural work of God that only God can do in answer to a personal prayer.

SERVICE.  The local New Testament Baptist church is an autonomous group of believers baptized by water immersion; banded together for edification, exhortation, and evangelism as commanded by Christ in the Great Commission (Matt. 28:19-20); preaching the gospel to every creature.  (Mark16:15, I Cor.12:12) Every Christian has a meaningful purpose within God’s plan for your life. The two ordinances of a local church are baptism and the Lord’s Supper.

SECOND COMING.   The Lord Jesus Christ Himself is coming again in the air at any moment to catch up His saints to Heaven and to reward their service on Earth. The unbelievers left behind will go through a 7-year period called the Great Tribulation, after which Christ shall return visibly to Earth to set up His Kingdom of one thousand years of righteous rule. After this, the unbelievers of all ages will stand before the Great White Throne to be judged and cast into the Lake of Fire, separated from God forever, while believers who received Jesus Christ on Earth spend eternity in the fullness of joy in Heaven with the Lord.  (Matt. 24:29-42, I Thess. 4:16-18, Rev.19:11-20)
